I still have not received a link to activate the access to the Portal.

The activation link is sent automatically by the system within few minutes after registration. Please check SPAM folder as the message may have been put there.

I can not apply to job offers despite the fact I have paid for Crew Points.

To extend the access to Portal´s services the User has to extend the subsription by clicking the Extend Supscripion button on My Acoount page.

Why I can not see the job offers?

To be able to see the job offers the user needs to have an active application. Please log into your account, choose My Account and choose Extend Subscription.

How can I extend access to Portal´s services after PayU payment has been made?

To extend the access to Portal´s services the User has to log into User´s account, choose My Account and choose Extend Subription.

I am a registered User but I can not log in.

The User has to log into the system using his/her login (email address) and the password given during registration process. To log into the system the User has to use Sign In button.

There is an information that my subsription is not valid.

To validate the subsription the User should log into his/her account and choose Top off you account to top the Crew Points account. Once this is done, the user should choose Extend Subsription.

What is application featuring in the Portal´s system?

The featuring function highlights the User´s applictaion before other Standard applications. Recruiters who search for candidates, even for most desired positions, will always see featured application before standard applications.

How long does the featuring of the application on the Portal last?

The application can be featured for 10 days and is equivalent to 10 Crew Points deducted from User´s account.

I can not log into my account.

If during registration there is a problem with logging in, the User should check if the email address has been entered correctly. If the email address has been entered correctly the User should use Forgotten password button and establish a new password.
